Topic: Set-up night before, Set-Up morning crew Lead, Start-Finish Marshall
What went well: Everything went well. Start-Finish Marshall job was out of necessity as either no one showed up for the job or no one volunteered.
How to make job better: Some jobs could be done much more efficiently with add'l written instructions e.g. hanging the banners.
Other comments: Have we considered an *official* relationship with Stanford U. cycling? They could be our collegiate "feeder" team as students graduate. As part of that relationship we could extend to Stanford U. cyclists the opportunity to race free in return for volunteering.
