What went well: Great interest in this event.
Everyone very thankful that this event was happening.
I spent four hours talking with little kids. :)
great fun. Definitely made us seem part of the community.
How to make job better: Make sure to cap the number for each category. We ran into some uncomfortable situations where people came to the table at 12:05, wanted to register, but could not because of number limitations. Note the number limit on the website and ensure that the sponsor does not state their is "pre-registration."
Better advertise t-shirt sales.
Maybe have a third person as well if numbers are increased. Jen and I were busy for 4 hours non-stop.
