Job: marshal, top of the hill
What went well: This was a great location both for watching the race and for volunteering.
How to make job better: Too many racers tried to go back down the hill after dropping. It would be helpful to warn cyclists explicitly against this at the start of the race. Once they're moving down the hill it's already too late.
